About us: Big Star Services is a labor services provider Local and Nationwide. We have well over 850 Employees & Contractors  Nationwide ready to assist you with the loading and/or unloading services of your Truck Rental, POD or Container....

Reservation: We require early reservation to receive any special price or any discount. Although, we will accommodate "last minute" request and Weekends or Holiday services are welcomed, ask manager for details.

Rate Overview: We offer 2, 3 or even 4 Helpers starting as low as $199 to help loading and/or unloading your truck.

Labor Services: Our local service providers shall provide local loading and/or Unloading services within a 30 mile radius at no additional fees. Beyond this area long distance rates applied. You will be clearly informed upon booking our service, if your service area is questionable or you leave in a remote area. Any delicate or heavy Items over 200 pounds required 3 or 4 men crew, and shall be disclosed upon the reservation and listed in the "Special Instructions Box" on the Service Order Form and pre-approved by the company. The Customer shall provide the proper transportation, equipment and/or supplies needed such as Dollies, Boxes, Pads, Tie Down Straps, Rope, Etc. to facilitate such services. Trucks, Equipment or supplies are generally available at  your local Rental Truck facility. Customer shall be liable to pack and  protect all items to minimize any risk of damages.

Cancellation Fees:  There is no charge or penalty to reschedule or to cancel a service at anytime prior the moving date.

Damages/Lost: The Company shall be liable to standard valuation based on $0.60 per pound or up to $100 per item dropped and severely damaged by the Helpers while loading or unlading. Any of these reputable agencies will quote you a price on-line or over the phone that covers up to 100% of the replacement value of your items.

Please note, that most Home Owners or Renters Insurance Policies covers damage to property, Items, objects and appliances while being relocated by the Owner of said items, objects, and appliances via rental moving trucks.

WARNING! Our Free Basic insurance DO NOT COVER pianos, jacuzzi, pool table, Exercise Equipment, chandelier, Pressed-board, particle board, compressed wood furniture or delicate items not properly wrapped and packed by customer prior the moving date.
